Kimedics started inside healthcare operations, not next to it
Our founder spent her career running clinician workforce operations. Covering a single shift meant coordinating with more than 25 people across 15 departments, each holding one piece of selection, credentialing, contracting or compensation.
None of those pieces talked to each other. The work lived in spreadsheets, and most of the day went to checking whether the spreadsheets were still right. There was no live picture of who was cleared to work, who was already booked, or what any of it cost until well after the fact.
That is the gap Kimedics was built to close. One place to run onboarding, scheduling, time, pay and billing for employed, contracted and external clinicians alike, so the people running coverage can see what is coming instead of finding out afterward.
